Good tricks for weight control?

Being underweight or overweight/obese can both adversely affect our health. For example, people who are underweight are more likely to have reduced bone strength and have less energy reserve; and people who are overweight have an increased risk in developing a range of health problems including diabetes, joint problem, hypertension, coronary heart disease and stroke. It is thus important for us all to keep an eye on our weight.
