Housework - Woman's Job?

About one-third of Hong Kong men do not do any housework at all, according to a recent survey conducted by the Census and Statistics Department.  On the contrary, only about sixteen percent of women do not do any housework.  Most of you may have the belief that after a hard day's work, when I am home, my wife should get the meal ready, take care of the children and do the housework.  I am only there to relax.

However, a lot of women now also have a job.  According to the survey, both men and women spend an average of about 7 hours in their work.  Your wife may be as exhausted as you when they return home.

Do not be bound by the old concept that men should take charge of external matters while women should take care of domestic matters. Be a contemporary man.  Show your love and care to your wife by sharing housework with her today.  You can also enjoy better health by just spending half an hour a day on moderate physical activity, like doing housework.  If you want to know how many calories you can spend by doing housework, you can use the Caloric Expenditure Calculator to find it out.

So let's start now to earn all the love and health you deserve!
