Do you have a "Big Belly"?

A research report that was released this week by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggested that obesity might soon overtake tobacco as the leading cause of death from "lifestyle-related diseases".  At the same time, the Chinese University of Hong Kong had also released the results of a research, which revealed that at least two-third of the 290 study subjects had a "big belly", or being overweight or obese.

Being obese or living with a "big belly" does not only affect your appearance, it will also increase your risk of getting coronary heart disease, diabetes and colorectal cancer, etc.  Act now and fight against obesity!  Let's enjoy the fun of eating smart and being active and fit.
