Eat LESS

fats, oil, salt and sugar

Eat MODERATE

dairy products (non-fat) (1-2 cups/day) lean meat, poultry, fish, bean and egg (110-280 grams per day)

lean meat, poultry, fish, bean and egg (110-280 grams per day, roughly equals to three times the size of palm for cooked lean meat)

Eat MORE

vegetables (at least 230-300 grams), fruits (2-3 serves per day)

Eat MOST

cereals, rice, bread (3 to 6 bowls per day)

Drink 6-8 glasses of fluids, such as water, Chinese tea or clear soup.
