A: Congratulations to your success in quitting smoking. Smoking causes many diseases, and it is never too late to quit. You must be enjoying refreshing breath now, and you save a lot from buying cigarettes too. Once you quit, your body will begin to recover from the damage caused by smoking. You do not need to do any special things to clean your lungs, apart from staying away from cigarettes and secondhand smoke. Besides, you can help your smoking friends to quit by sharing your experience with them.
